Buhari meets Oshiomhole as court set aside ruling suspending him as APC National Chairman


President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday, met with the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The meeting is coming after the FCT High Court in Maitama, on Wednesday ordered Adams Oshiomhole’s suspension.
As at the time of filing this report, details of the meeting were unknown but it may be connected to Oshiomhole’s suspension.
Justice Danlami Senchi had ordered Oshiomhole to step down as APC Chairman pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his perpetual removal.
Meanwhile, a Federal High Court sitting in Kano State on Thursday sets aside the ruling suspending Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Oshiomhole had appealed the ruling before Justice Lewis Allagoa-led court.
Justice Allagoa, while hearing the matter set aside the ruling of the FCT High Court which suspended Oshiomhole.
The judge also ordered security agencies like the police, the Department of State Service, DSS, to provide security for Oshiomhole as he resumes office.
